Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using our writing support platform 'Tuzuri'.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for providing the writing support platform "Tuzuri" (the "Service") by Studio Eurygraph Inc. (the "Company") and the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

By using the Service, users must read these Terms in their entirety and agree to make these Terms the content of the contract with the Company. Users are deemed to have accepted the content of these Terms and agreed to their application at the time of starting to use the Service. If a minor under 18 years of age registers to use the Service, it is assumed that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardian, but if it is discovered that they have not obtained such consent, the Company may refuse the user's use.

Article 1 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. "Company Site" refers to the website managed and operated by the Company, which includes the character string "tuzuri.com" in its domain.

2. "Service Agreement" means the service agreement concluded between the Company and the user regarding the Service, including these Terms.

3. "Registration Information" means the user's own information provided to the Company when registering for the Service.

4. "Registration Applicant" means a person who wishes to use the Service and applies or intends to apply for registration.

5. "User" means a person among registration applicants whose registration as a user of the Service has been approved by the Company in accordance with Article 4 (Registration).

6. "Service User" means an employee or staff member belonging to a user who is a corporation, organization, or other business entity and who actually uses the Service.

7. "User Account" means the status as a user of the Service issued by the Company to the user.

8. "Service User Account" means an account issued by the user to service users based on the user account.

9. "User Text" means text data uploaded by the user to the Service and subject to analysis by the Service.

10. "Output Text" means text provided to the user as a result of analyzing user text on the Service.

11. "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyright, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights (including rights to acquire such rights or rights to register for such rights).

12. "Personal Information" means personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Law (Law No. 57 of 2003).

Article 2 (Application)

1. These Terms are intended to define the terms and conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and users regarding the use of the Service, and apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

2. The terms and conditions regarding the use of the Service posted by the Company on the Company Site constitute part of these Terms.

3. In case of conflict between the content of these Terms and the content of the terms and conditions mentioned in the previous two paragraphs ("Terms and Conditions"), these Terms shall take precedence unless there is a special reservation in the relevant Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 (Amendment)

1. The Company may change the service fees and other content of these Terms or Terms and Conditions ("Content of these Terms") based on user consent, and may also change the Content of these Terms within the scope of the purpose of providing the Service as defined in Article 7 (Provision of the Service) when the Company recognizes that there are reasons such as changes in social conditions, economic circumstances, tax system changes and other various situational changes, legal amendments, changes in the actual situation regarding the Service, and other reasons.

2. When the Company makes changes to the Content of these Terms based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it shall notify users of the changed Content of these Terms by displaying them on the Company Site or by other methods determined by the Company, and the changed Content of these Terms shall apply from the date when the period specified at the time of such notification has elapsed.

3. If users do not agree to the changed Content of these Terms, they shall discontinue use of the Service, and if a user continues to use the Service after changes to the Content of these Terms, such user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Content of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Matters related to the service agreement shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Naha District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
